QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have experience testing FinTech applications and be passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless product releases.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Validate financial transactions, payment workflows, and banking-related functionalities.
• Prepare test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Test Case Management tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Basic understanding of performance testing tools.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant testing certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹311,298.37 - ₹1,372,621.41 per year
