Qualifications:

Estate cum Project Officer / Executive Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks and relevant experience.
Administrative Officers / Assistant Administrative Officer: Post-Graduate degree or MBA in any discipline with administrative experience.
Finance & Accounts Officer: CA / CMA or M.Com with accounting experience.
Legal Officer: Law graduate (LLB) with experience in legal matters.
IT & Computer Assistant: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science).
Office Assistant / Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/BCA for Junior Assistant) with relevant experience.
Nursing Staff (Female): Graduate in Nursing with hospital experience.
Trainees: Master’s degree in the relevant field (Management, IT, Commerce, Library Science, Psychology) or a Bachelor’s degree for the Graduate Trainee post.

Salary:

Senior Officers: Pay Level 10 to Level 12 (₹56,100 up to ₹2,09,200)
Assistants & Junior Staff: Pay Level 4 to Level 8 (₹25,500 to ₹1,51,100)
Trainees: consolidated stipend of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
